Tighten outside flange nuts until washers can just rotate freely. 10 ! Adjust bedknife to reel. ! Adjust so reel can pinch paper without tearing when inserted from front and cut paper cleanly when inserted at a right angle (both ends of reel). ! Use new screws (13). ! Make sure bedknife is perfectly flat ! Put anti-seize lubricant on screw by grinding lightly to original threads. angles or backlap after installing in !
